The people in the showroom are always helpful and I appreciate their knowledge and experience, something you can't find in a big box store. The parts counter people are also very efficient serving tradespeople promptly.

I'm a red seal journeyman plumber from Edmonton visiting in-laws. We needed a good kitchen tap and parts to modify a poorly designed kitchen sink drain. Marie-Claire was very friendly and helpful to identify the tap suited for my in-laws. Steve was very effective in gathering and putting together my parts order. I'm very thankful that I don't need to look elsewhere in this city. Good knowledgeable service is always hard to come by :)
