I didn't buy anything from this place but the receptionist was extremely helpful. She knew what I was looking for and called 2 people so she could help me find it. Service was above and beyond what I expected especially the fact they didn't make a sale.

Mr. Harvey, Thank you very much for the emergency job which was done this morning. In spite of the Saturday holiday your technician came to do the job relatively fast. Hugo, your plumber is really a professional, very quick to detect the problem and quick to repair! After so many years that we are working together, I have to admit that you always offer the best service. It is true that sometimes, depending on who the technician is, the job quality may not be the same, but majority of the times when we call for a service, your team does it right, and without wasting too much time. This morning, after the frozen and broken pipe was repaired, when I entered on this site to write you a review, I saw some people have left a few negative ones, which is fair, after all it is a free world and people may have different opinion. But at Hotel Champ de Mars, we value our business relationship with your company and when there is a plumbing job needed, we only have one number to call: Decarie Plumbing. Avoid! Horrible service. The owner robs you. He is a crook. He overcharges people and does unnecessary work. Got overcharged, they quoted me a price, and invoiced me double. Do not call them unless you want to be ripped off!!

Avoid! Horrible service. I got overcharged, they quoted me a price, and invoiced me double. Complete disrespect to the customer and the property as the plumbers walked across the house with their wet boots. Avoid!
