I had a good experience here, and despite ICBC systems being down/slow, I didn't wait too long and the lady that was helping me was quick and efficient.

Mary was extremely informative and helpful when I visited the office regarding my auto insurance. She wrote down all my options for me to compare and went above and beyond with the service provided. Cannot think of a better broker. Thank you!

I have been to this location 2 different times and I had terrible experience each time. They really need to provide better training for their employees. I finally cancelled my home and car insurance with them and went to another another broker.
