Red Alert Sewer & Drain

This is my new “go to” place for sewer and drain. It was easy to make an appointment; they came out even faster than promised; and the price was below what it usually cost to get the drain cleared of roots by other companies. No mess; no fuss; friendly people.

Our house is over a 100 years old with some questionable piping and sewage drains and this company was able to help us. They did a great job going above and beyond to fix the problem. The workers were really nice and respectful of you and your home. We will definitely use them in the future.

Had an issue and was able to schedule someone to come the next day as that fit my schedule and the issue was not am emergency. Punctual, professional and the plumber was friendly and put us at ease. The price was great and they made it easy for us. Even explained what happened and showed us pictures. Will certainly use again and highly suggest this company.

made a call today regarding to clogged shower and toilet in the basement and got and appointment between 12 and 2 pm.They still did't arrive till 2pm and won't answer phone calls either. Phone will go straight to the voice mail. And then i received this text message saying that i should stop calling and find someone else. I stayed home waiting for them and missed my shift. Never in my life i have this kind of response from a professional. All i gotta say that please don't waste people's time if you are not able to do your job.
