We were the first Premier Lennox Dealer in Saskatoon. Lennox was the first to invent the furnace and has been in business for over 115 years. Been dealing with J and A for yrs. Last Sunday my furnace stopped working. Stephen came over and got it working and discussed a new one as mine was going on 24 yrs .  
Brandyn came over on Monday and we discussed options and came up with a deal to replace my aging hot water heater at the same time . 
The whole crew came over on Wednesday and replaced everything. Phil and Blake were awesome.  The electrician Justyn was great hooking up the new thermostat and walking me thru all the steps. 
Thankyou to the whole crew and very happy with the work and workers.  I would highly recommend your company!  Thanks. Bernie.

If there is 0, I would not pick 1 star. They proposed a replacement on my water heater for 2,750 but I spend 3 dollar to replace the drain valve and fixed it.

My water heater dripping water from a valve. They send a technician told my wife the tank was leaking and there is no way to fix it we should replace it with a new one. They provide a quote for replacement for 2,750. My colleague helped me to check it up on the same day. We bought a 2.77 valve and replaced it. There is no leaking at all now. 

I told this to the manager "Todd" on the second day and was expecting an apologize for that.  Todd gave me a big surprise by defensing that the replacement is an option. I told him the technician told my wife the tank was leaking but obviously it is not. Why I need a replacement? He told me to replace or not is your choice. I am so disappointed to talk to him. I was offering an opportunity to correct this issue within their own company but he takes me as a fool. I told him If this is the way they treat their customers, I would post this on google, facebook and let my friends know what they did.

Let me make it clear. The only offer we received was to spend 2,750 to replace the whole water heater. We did not receive any offer or quotation to replace the drain valve. Do not fool anyone on this point again and again. Also I can accept the technician may have wrong diagnoses that he thought the tank was leaking although it was not, but I can not accept that the manager tried to cover it.

Also I am not surprised that Todd Weiler also shown in the Google reviews, I believe, he is the manager I talked to and rated their own company 5 stars (Unless there happened to be a customer has the same first name and last name with this manager). My wife trusted those reviews and pick up this company, but this rate, I believe, should not be rated by themselves.

I have been dealing with J & A Heating for over 30 years and have always been extremely happy with both their service and the products they have supplied. They are always very honest, courteous and reliable. Keep up the great work!

One of their drivers doesnt know how a signal stick works. All around in Martensville all to way to Saskatoon the driver with the license plate 473jnu didnt use his signal light once! He also cut me off when he turned infront of me yep not signalling. Inbetween that not signaling the driver was going from one side of the lane to crossing the line on the other side probably caused by texting and driving.... just with this one expirence i do not think J&A will ever be an option for me

We have used J&A for our HVAC needs for both older houses and our new house.  They have always provided quick, top notch service and quality products.  I would not hesitate in recommending them.
