Our furnace quit on a Friday night. After trying without success to find a company that would quickly come out to fix it, We contacted Pro Service and their friendly and kind receptionist sent John out right away to get our furnace going. He was extremely professional, capable and courteous. He had everything fixed and running perfectly in a few hours. 
I have finally found a plumbing/heating/cooling  business that I can rely on and confidently recommend to friends and family.

My furnace died over the Christmas season, and the service I received from them was amazing, even offering to work through the night.  Highly recommend them.

They did a great job replacing my water heater.  They went out of their way to fit me in due to severe water leakage and checked my warranty for me. Amazingly, my heater still had 2 weeks left on the warranty and they had it swapped out the same day. I would highly recommend them.

A furnace going in the middle of winter can be a stressful ordeal; however, the team at Pro Service made the situation as easy as possible. Very professional and friendly staff - all questions were answered and options were explained.

They don"t answer phone calls. Its hard to get to talk to someone.
