Too often, we are quick to complain about bad service or products, leaving negative reviews for others to see and avoid our experience. Unfortunately, very seldom do we give credit and positive comments for great experiences and exceptional service. Our experience with Paul, Allison and everyone at East West and Costco has been so exceptional, we felt it absolutely necessary to let others know so that they too, may experience the satisfaction we have been provided. We would feel negligent not to do so. I do not know the owners of East West, but I do know they should feel very fortunate and proud in having such talented, genuine, and exceptional staff. We will happily spend many years, recommending them to our friends, family and colleagues. In keeping with Costco’s tradition of offering exceptional products and services, be assured that East West is a shining example and most excellent ambassador of Costco’s reputation.

I just wanted to write to express how happy we were with your sales rep Paul White and the team he sent to our house to install our new furnace. Without exception, the group was polite, attentive and professional. In this day and age customer service is often an afterthought, so I was really blown away to be reminded of how it feels to be a valued costumer. Thank you for a job exceptionally well done!
