Roto-Rooter Sewer & Drain Service

Absolutely terrible. I called them to unplug a drain and the plumber wore his shoes into my house and they were full of mud. I called the company to complain and they said they wouldn't charge me. Then three months later collection's called me and said that Roto Rooter has sent my invoice in for collections. I called Roto Rooter and they claimed to not remember saying I didn't have to pay the invoice. I'll never use them again. Terrible service.

Second time using Roto-rooter, and was happy with services provided again. Service person was polite and got the job done! Thanks again RR! And no thanks to children flushing the toilet cleaner.

Have been waiting for them for 7 hrs, still not here at 12 midnight. I called in the problem at 5 pm. The service is good but severely understaffed to the point that service is 7 hrs behind. The plumber eventually arrived at around 12:20 at night and was gone by 1:30 or so. Great work, great guy, you need more workers.

Very unimpressed when an employee came and saw cleaning products in the washroom and accused me of flushing feminine products as well as Lysol wipes. Considering the issue was roots in our pipes his sexist and condensending attitude was very unnecessary and inappropriate. Personally I will find a different company to go through if I ever need to utilize the same services again.
