We woke up during one of the worst cold-snaps this winter to a 16-degree home. Gregg's had someone there within a couple of hours to examine our furnace, diagnose the problem, and provide us with a couple of options for how to proceed. We opted for a new furnace - which meant that they would be by the next day to install it. To help keep us warm (and our pipes from freezing), they left a number of portable heaters to help maintain a safe internal temperature within the house. The following day, Gregg's Home Services were at our house promptly at 9 (as they had promised) to begin work. They did their work flawlessly, they were courteous, answered any/all of our questions along the way, corrected several other issues that they found at no additional charge, and left the space cleaner than it was when they arrived. The pricing was competitive and the service far exceeded any expectations. I would more than happily recommend their services to anyone in need. Thank you Gregg's Home Services!

I have been a customer of Gregg's for years. Always had great service. We joined their loyalty club and had all of our plumbing, electrical and HVAC issues dealt with by them. Unfortunately, this loyalty did not go unpunished. It was finally time to replace our furnace last fall, so we opted for a rental furnace through Gregg's. 6 months later I receive a notice that a lien has been placed on my home in the amount of the furnace. This is something I should have been told about up front. A google search quickly revealed I am far from the first person to fall victim to this. Looking back at the contract I see it is buried in the small print, so obviously I have no legal recourse. But what a crappy thing to do to a loyal customer. It's not like I've been missing payments or anything. It just left me with such a sick feeling that a company I felt really comfortable with and liked dealing with would pull something like this. They just went ahead and put a lien on my home without any more notice than fine print in a lengthy contract. I have since cancelled my Gregg's membership and plan to buy out the furnace and sever ties completely in the near future. I felt that other people should be forewarned. Update: I just had to add this. Within hours of posting this review I checked back and saw there were several generic positive reviews from no name posters. Obviously Gregg's uses some sort of service that creates bogus positive reviews to bury the not-so-flattering ones. Just one more sign of how they do business.

7 year old Furnace quit December 28 2017. I have been trying to get it repaired under warranty since then. Tuesday February 20 had enough and called Eric at Greggs to see if they could assist me ....Gregg's tech arrived Wednesday morning .... new units installed Thursday morning.... GETTING IT DONE!! watching some hockey in my warm house Thursday evening. Thank you for the great service that is rare these days. Unfortunate there are only 5 stars to rate. These guys get it.

Fast, friendly and prompt. I own several rental properties and use Gregg's for all my home maintenance needs. It's handy having one contact that can do everything.
