Amazing organization; keeps so much great stuff out of landfills and allows folks to have a super bargain and super diverse shopping experience. Bring a little patience with you during popular shopping times. Setting up a new home, I've been here more times than I can count. Huge amounts of gratitude for reuse!!!
I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I wonder if the people who complain about the staff are aware that ReUse has a training program for disabled people, and many people's disability shows as aloofness or awkwardness, rather than fawning over arrogant customers. I also really like to browse -- such a fun collection of reusable items!
I absolutely love this organization. They take so much time and care to organize all these little pieces of our lives. I'm always treated kindly and with respect.
Great prices, helpful staff and the store layout is GREAT! I prefer this location over the mega center. Any time we come to Ithaca, we bring items to donate through this store. My favorite thrift store!
DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS ESP. COMPUTERS HERE!!! ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT LIKE TO GIVE IT BACK! EVEN THOUGH MUCH OF THE COMPUTER EQUIPMENT IS BROKEN. WHEN THEY SAY 'A TECHNICIAN' WILL LOOK AT IT AND SEE IF THEY WILL GIVE YOU A REFUND YOU KNOW YOU LOST YOUR MONEY. MY a$$ THEY HAVE A TECHNICIAN. ITS A PURCHASE TRAP WHEN IT COMES TO ELECTRONICS. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING ELSEWHERE. AND IF YOU WANT TO DONATE TO THE POOR OR DOWNTRODDEN THEN THERE ARE BETTER WAYS THAN THESE DESPICABLE PEOPLE AND THEIR UNDERHANDED POLICIES AND SUBSTANDARD 'TECHNICIANS'!
So much to choose from to buy! Inexpensive. Great quality. Helpful, responsive, friendly staff. The work that goes into making this Center run smoothly takes a lot of care and patience. Opportunities to volunteer and learn. We are fortunate to have such a resource in our backyard! Thank you to all involved.
I love going there you never know what to expect when you walk through the door. Staff are always polite and help out if you have questions.

I saw a beautiful writing desk here, thought about it all weekend and had to go back and get it. They were so helpful and worked with me to fit this big desk in my tiny car when it shouldn't have fit. Amazing employees and so much great stuff. Thank you all!
They have a little bit of everything- I have bought a backpack, records, flower pots and drinking glasses. Everything is extremely well priced and the staff has always been very nice and chatty. Such a fun place to roam around.
