We stopped at Isaac's Way on a recommendation, and were quite glad we did. The food was excellent we had the sun dried tomato cod, and squash Wellington, as well as scallop fritters. Our server was very good, and we felt welcome. The atmosphere was very nice, and the artwork very interesting. We actually took time after our meal to tour the place and look at all the art. I would absolutely recommend eating here. Check out all of my honest Google reviews. My photos have 12,000,000 views! Parking: $1/hour. Very reasonable.
This was such an awesome find! Wish I had gone there during the beginning of my trip. My server was amazing, kind, sweet, and introduced me to the local artists whose works are displayed all around the restaurant. You can even bid and buy the paintings. What is great about this place, was the cool vibe, gorgeous decor, local cuisine, and all the vegan choices... The salad was so light and the Raspberry vinaigrette was perfect. The potato skins were not my cup of tea and my server wanted me to switch them out... However, I didn't have the room for anything else. Loved the SCOW Craft Cider, one of the best! Next time, I am going to go with an appetite and try some of the local Ciders! Definitely recommend this lovely place with its incredible staff!
Great location, friendly staff, good food! Highly recommend if you are in the area! Good proportions but when it gets busy it gets busy. I think there is an appropriate wait time for food if staff lets patrons know. In saying that not sure if wait times here is the norm. I still recommend this place as its in a great location central especially when sight seeing.
They have a fantastic dog patio!! It's for dogs and for humans who like dogs. There's a separate patio for humans only. We felt so comfortable here. Some dishes were great, others just ok, but the atmosphere and welcoming staff made it an overall great evening out. We will be back!
Wonderful place to dine-in in Freddy. Do try the Tofu burger it is delicious. Mussels were on special but definitely worth a try. Good local food with a cozy ambiance. Patio is much better than inside but doesn’t matter if you are going for the food. They can be busy on weekends so do make a reservation.
We had fish and chips and a lamb burger. The fish and chips was perfect, nice breading, fried perfectly and nice taste. The fries were super crispy. The burger had one major problem. The bun was too delicate that broke down completely after the first bite. The meat had a great, unique taste but lacked consistency and like bun, it was ready to be torn apart. But overall, the burger offered a new pleasant taste to me. The atmosphere was calm, and perfect. Friendly service also!
The food was divine, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. I was delighted to see the investment In and support of the local community just read the menu and check out the decor. Highly recommended.
Very thoughtful menu which catered for a vegetarian and meat lover. The samosas were generous with an in house sauce, not the usual raita, but it worked. I ordered the chickpea burger and sweet potato fries and my husband had the pork loin accompanied by a nice Yip cider and Pinot Noir. Both were great. The only constructive comment I would make was in the beetroot and goats cheese salad. The beetroot came sliced like it came out of a can, which visually was unappealing. Staff were helpful and efficient. If there’s a party of opinionated millennials nearby, ask for a quieter table as they were raining on my parade!
The food was delicious and is consistent. Pricing is very much in line with the quality and food offered. I love the specials and the different spins with quality ingredients. I will say one of the only reasons I haven't given it a 5 is because it doesn't exactly cater to those looking for traditional dishes, which may or may not be a bad thing. If you haven't tried it, please make a reservation and enjoy the ambience of a historic building in downtown Fredericton.
Great atmosphere, excellent food, tasty beer on tap and friendly staff. Reasonably priced food and drinks This was my first time here but won’t be my last! This place is a must try.
