My wife and I stopped in here for brunch. Both of us got Eggs Benedict, with my wife upgrading to their homemade croissant thumbs up. It was our first time here and we will be back for sure. It is a small location, so I would recommend a reservation. It is more than just a breakfast location as it is licensed - with some signature Caesars with extended bar hours on the weekend. Enjoy
Probably the best eggs benedict I’ve had. Great service. Prices were reasonable. We appreciated that the waiters made sure we were aware of additional costs of any extras we ordered.
What a gem of a place! We were in Fredericton last weekend and searched for a place that had lobster rolls. Our first night was a disappointment, however our second night was a success as we discovered Claudine's! Sat nite was curiously quite, but it made for a nice atmosphere. The server we had was quite friendly and super helpful! Lobsters rolls were delicious, lots of meat and a homemade roll, it didn't disappoint. Music, wine, ambiance was all lovely! So much so that we decided to return for brunch the next day. Lobster eggs benny and a lobster omelette were both delicious! It was much busier at that time of day, lots of guests and servers, but we never felt rushed. Although we didn't have our same server from the night before, he was there and greeted us warmly! He had mentioned we should go and see the Christmas trees at a nursing home in town, after brunch we did and what a surprise! Seemed to be hundreds of them, it must be quite spectacular at night with snow!! So, highly recommend Claudine's Eatery when you are in Fredericton,,, great food, good service and friendly people!
Absolutely amazing food. Pic of my food only. My son got deep fried mussels and hubby got the smash burger and he said it's the best burger he ever had. Prices are not crazy either. Will definitely be back next time we come back to Fredericton!
I found this gem by chance when attempting to find something good to eat along my trip through the maritimes. As I pulled into the parking lot I was hesitant to try this place. The parking lot doesn’t have anything that would entice me stop. I walked in and the place was very dimly lit. The waitresses quickly made us feel at welcomed. We ordered crusted haddock and seafood linguini. The creamy garlic sauce was spot on. Definitely recommend for anyone passing through Fredericton
This is a cute spot with an impressive list of eggs benedict options. We went with the Shediac Lobster Benny and the Eatery Benedict on a croissant instead of English muffin. Both were delicious! The upgraded hashbrowns with onions were a hit too. It was busy the whole time our table was there there may be a bit of a wait I saw some groups waiting. We arrived around 10:30am on a Sunday and were able to be seated right away though.
What a delightful time and wonderful food! Kris greeted us at the door, gave us recommendations and impeccable service!! The best clams I've ever had and I'm a die hard clam eater!!! The seafood chowder was over the top. AMAZING beer from a local brewery!!! 100% give it 6 out of 5 stars.
I’m giving this 4 stars because all the front of house staff are absolute gems, who were super friendly and pleasant to deal with both on the phone and in person. Top notch service! The food looked amazing, but the home fries in the poutine were severely undercooked, and the lobster roll mixture was pretty bland and watery. Maybe just a bad night? Also, I was told the cook upsized my poutine to make up for the wait, but then I got the bill and was charged for the upsize. Would probably still go back and try something else though.
Love Claudines. Very popular, very tasty, only complaint it it counts as one is the line up out the door on weekend but reviews like this will only add to that. Claudine is very hospitable and the food is all the classic east coast favorites. Vegetarian options: Serving up beyond meat options
Found this restaurant via trip advisor. It did not disappoint. Great decor, service and meal. We will likely go back for breakfast on return trip as the eggs benny are rumored to be amazing. Clams were plentiful, mains were excellent seafood pasta and chowder and dessert was made from scratch excellent. Our server Olivia was awesome!
