Insomnia Cookies

One of the best cookie I had here. They were fresh and warm seems like they come out fresh from oven. Also, they’re open a little late so great for late-night cravings.

I’ve been put on warning, insomnia cookies are fire!!! The options and just the pure creativity of the deluxe cookies and brownies are special. It reminded me of the days at the mall with my mom as a child and being rewarded with a stop at mrs fields cookies afterwards. Super soft and flavorful! It comes in super clutch when leaving the bars on crown street.

When you first walk in atleast in my experience you dont feel welcomed the guy taking care of us looked so annoyed to be there but aside that the cookies are sooooo good. Our faves are the chocolate chip peanut butter and the salted caramel deluxe cookies. They are pricey but worth it.

The cookies are amazing, but we informed them that we wanted cookies with no chocolate due to a chocolate allergy and they told us that the one with rainbow sprinkles did not have chocolate. This one actually has white chocolate chips on it. We were lucky we tried before the person that has allergies ate it cause otherwise it would be a trip to the hospital.

Cool, but small cookie place. The cookies were kind of expensive but overall quite good. Next time I'll definitely be checking out the ice cream sandwiches. Worth a visit or delivery if you're in the mood for cookies.

I work at the hospital and we get late night delivery all the time- love their flavors and cookies are always excellent. After a night out in new haven, it’s also sooo good.

Driven by a IC crazy time n finally decided to pull up and snag a few dingers. Tried a few flaves and tbh they arent half bhad....if you cut the sugar in half I would be about em even more. But this place is always open and they got a variety so that trumps most lol. Def will try others no question haha.

This is my second time ordering from this establishment, and I must say that the first experience was not the best. The cashier was not friendly or inviting, and when I informed him that this is my first time visiting this establishment, he did not welcome me or recommend anything. I also asked about the ice creams f if he could recommend which was the most popular, and he did not know anything about the ice cream. I then asked if they do samples and he stated that they don't do samples. As a business owner, that is money lost. You have to teach your employee how to build up the business. I was anxious to try the ice cream, but if this is what’s happening to your customers, then you are losing out on a part of your business that you have invested in. You should look into possibly giving samples for people who are inquiring. My second visit was directly through Door dash. And because I am weary about the ice cream and have no idea if it’s good or not, I haagen Dazs ice cream from 7-Eleven.

Cookies are amazing and probably one of the best you can get however I’m disappointed that today their was such a huge line and waited almost 30 minutes just to get some cookies. Their was only 1 person working, serving the entire crowd that you see in the picture. You guys need to hire more staff !!! One shouldn’t have to wait over 30 minutes for a cookie !

My amazing friend got 5 insomnia cookies and 1 brownie for my birthday. They were delivered with a birthday wish and were still warm when delivered! So delicious and so large, I only ate half a cookie at a time. Highly recommended.
