Their food is really good, their burgers and hot dogs. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes on the burgers and the bacon is crispy and tasteful. Love their bacon hot dog!! Their shakes are also really delicious. My family rates them top three in the area! I would like to see them expand a little on their menu and include other delicious side order choices Great atmosphere, inviting, colorful, warm Promises a good time with friends or family Features: There is no contact ordering, and no one is standing in line, you wait to hear your name called.
A bit overpriced but it's Shake Shack! The burger was good but the milk shake was the best. The burger bun was perfect. I ordered cookies and cream milkshake and it was the best. Came here on lunch time and it was pretty busy but managed to get a seat. Sit by the window cause the view outside was beautiful. My first time trying Shake Shake but did not disappoint.
The burgers and fries are awesome. Have not tried the drinks but fountain drinks are around $3. Milkshakes go for $5 which makes it slightly slightly less expensive compared to burger places around. There are ordering stations and the staff are very efficient at getting your orders on time. Lots of sitting and charging stations.
I love Shake Shack and was so delighted there was one in New Haven! My son had the Truffle burger and I had the Shak Burger we shared fries! I had a fab hand spun chocolate shake! The store was very clean and the staff was super friendly!! I wish I were there right now! As usual, everything was so delicious!
Hey thanks for the hair in my burger! Ruined dinner and grossed me out. Also, clean your store, people. I’ve never been to a Shake Shack and never will after this. PS you can see the bacon is undercooked- lovely
I went to shake shack yesterday 4/2/22 and i received a burnt burger and there was no ketchup available either. i was so disappointed because i had went to a different shake shack in new york, and i want to try this one out too. and i was highly disappointed.
Overall good service and convenient location. Great food and indoor seating available.. Menu has a good variety of options - standard menu for Shake Shack. Something for everyone. Service was good and it was a good experience. Plenty of street parking available but can be hard to get parking close by. Highly recommend the restaurant - can't go wrong with Shake Shack.
THE NEW AVOCADO BACON BURGER AND AVOCADO BACON CHICKEN SANDWICH. . I was a little skeptical of this place, but as a first-time customer I thoroughly enjoyed both sandwiches. . Both sandwiches were totally delicious the Burger was without question of doubt one of the Best fast-food burgers I've ever had definitely have was an 8.5 out of 10. So juicy and flavorful and that shake shack sauce was dynamite. . No complaints on the chicken sandwich extra crispy still juicy inside with that buttermilk herb Mayo. WILL DEFINITELY BE GOIN BACK AGAIN... .
Not impressed by the quality of food and how they prepare burgers and fries out there. The open kitchen is amazing for sure and you can see how dirty it is. The staff is polite, the food preparation was so so and finally the whole store was not ventilated properly, there was a white cloud inside of smoke.
My favorite burger and fries. One small recommendation, can someone please clean the tables?
