A luxury bed-and-breakfast inn secluded in 42 acres atop the Baraboo Bluffs with an extraordinary, 36-mile vista of the Lake Wisconsin valley to Madison, Wis. This modern villa is between Devil’s Lake State Park and Devil’s Head Resort, and adjacent to the 1,900-acre Riverland Conservancy Merrimac Preserve. Ideal for romantic getaways and inspiring business retreats, we offer four, richly appointed guest rooms with full, private baths. Bird, hike, snowshoe and daydream along our private three miles of wooded and extraordinary MOSS COVERED trails; bike the hills of the Baraboo Range; and hike, ski and snowshoe more than 40 miles of trails within five minutes. We’re in the center of an outdoor recreation Mecca.

My Wife and I spent a few nights with Trudy and Dave. First I would like to say how incredible of a host and hostess they both were. Trudy always had different baked goods in the dining area while also making unique and delicious breakfasts every morning! Dave always met us with the warmest of greetings. He hosted a happy hour from 5:30 to 6:30 every day and provided wine, beer, cheese and crackers. Their home is of the highest quality and their story on how they came upon their wonderful land is a treat. Dave also made sure to set us up on great dinners and even called for our reservations. All the restaurant owner needed to know is that you were referred by Dave, he has a great reputation. Dave also knew just the right thing to order for every restaurant. Dave and Trudy pay attention to all the important details, it really makes all the difference. I absolutely recommend. You are getting MUCH more than just a B&B at this residence.

The Inn at Wawanissee Point is by far better than what is described. Words cannot fully express how truly wonderful this place is. If you have an opportunity to go there, do not pass it up. It is beautiful, comfortable and the best breakfasts you can imagine. The grounds are gorgeous and full of wonderful hiking trails. Dave suggested we come snowshoeing in the winter and I think we will do that. What a wonderful way to have a winter getaway. Love this place and will definitely return!

An incredible BNB with spectacular views and fun hiking trails. Dave and Trudy are very cordial and know their area. During Wine and Cheese, Dave called to make a reservation for us at one of his favorite restaurants. Definitely a treat for us.

My fiance and I stayed at the inn at Wawanissee just this week, and it was an amazing stay at that! The hosts Dave and Trudy are so friendly and welcoming, the view and the home is spectacular and the proximity to downtown baraboo, devils lake state park and rural roads for running to cycling is unbeatable. The rooms are clean and well kept as is the whole house. You cannot go wrong booking a stay here!! We have already picked a date to go back in the fall and winter we loved it so much. 10/10 would recommend!!

Can't ask for a better B&B or better hosts. This is the fifth time we're staying with Dave and Trudy. And the view from Wawanissee Point is incredible!
