Excellent service, and very comfortable room!nI had made a mistake while booking back in November, accidentally booking a single queen bed rather than two. Our family of four, plus two dogs were treated very well. The sweet manager and receptionist went above and beyond to place us in a room that would suit us upon extremely short notice. We are sincerely grateful to them. The price was also excellent for the quality, abd we have not slept so well in years. Definitely will return!
A diamond in the rough. A little ways to find it, but the service and rooms were great. Recommend staying here for sure.nBeds were comfy, pillows were a little too soft for my liking. Great view from the balcony.
We had to book a last minute reservation here for family visiting someone at RCH. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and understanding. Thank you for accommodating us at the last minute, it was one less thing to worry about during a very difficult time. Our family said the rooms were very clean, quiet, and comfortable and had a lovely view of the river. I look forward to returning again soon under better circumstances.
The view was so magnetic that it caused me to lose sleep. All the red braking lights of the commuters stuck in a traffic jam on the Pattullo Bridge added festive charm to the scene, like lights on a Christmas tree.nnI kept the curtains open, and admired the silently passing river traffic well into the night, and watching the sun rise over the Fraser was the best way to greet the day.nnThe River Market, and the Boathouse Restaurant, are both just steps away, so your eating/dining options are voluminous.nnThe walk along the Quay is a nice way to spend some time.
Other than no pool and hot tub. Someone I met said that there is a small one in the exercise area. I never looked because the website never indicated there was, so I had no swimwear. It was a very enjoyable and quiet stay.
