Absolute worst. Waste of time and money. Customer service takes months to process claims, keeps passing you to someone else and makes you wait, unfriendly and unhelpful. Stovetop broke twice within two years and I was told I have no warranty when I have a 5 years warranty and have been waiting for months to get them replaced/ fixed I already got another microwave. Never respond unless you contact them and be super angry. Do not waste your time and money here in exchange for anger and frustration.

I have benefit package with iA financial group through my company. All I say it’s the worst company I’ve ever seen I was waiting 52 minutes to get through customer service and then the agent was put me on hold for 13 minutes at least 4 times finally I give up. This company doesn’t cover many medications. I would not recommend this to anyone

Worst company to deal with on the planet. It took them 12 months to complete a transfer out on an RRSP, now they wont provide me with help on My client Space login. Apparently giving two answers to my favorite sports team isn't right! Ask another question......

Thousands of dollars disappeared from my account without a trace. I have spent hours on hold with this company, trying to get the issue resolved. They are extremely disorganized. I have very low confidence in this company.

Love this company. Many different products .Respectful of what I was looking for and very educational. they just weren`t trying to sell a product. I protected my family and got the help I needed for investments.

Fees fees and more fees, will take as much money from you through fees whenever they can. Stay Away

It’s impossible to contact to inquire via e-mail they posted officially for their clients. Do not waste your money and time. If it’s possible I’d like to give them -5 stars. Looks like their head office have the greediest and laziest workers in the industry, and don't even concern any bad comment on them. Again, I strongly recommend you guys not to waste your time and money to them!!

Avoid their extended warranties like the plague. They will nitpick you on the wording of the contract to death, take forever to respond to claims and if you do get covered you still have out of pocket expenses as they'll only pay the bare minimum for repairs. Your vehicle will sit in the shop for weeks or months while you wait for them to reject your claim because of some technical nitpicky detail. They should be ashamed to even sell these warranties.

Company of scammers, denies a simple claim for no reason at all. If you want to pay them money just for them to say no to your claim down the road then these are the guys for you!
