Juanita Bodie at the Burrard location was a delight to deal with. She helped me with everything related to my car insurance and was so patient and lovely throughout. She explained everything, answered my questions and make the whole process so easy. She was fast, efficient and professional. By far, Juanita is the best insurance agent I've had renewing my car insurance. I did everything over the phone and I've just got to pick up the papers because I don't have a printer. Normally it's the rude folks at a certain mall I'm used to dealing with. This experience was night and day. Looking forward to recommending Juanita to others
I purchased a box truck for my business and was not sure how to license the vehicle to meet NSC regulations. The BC commercial vehicle website was very confusing. Once I bought my car back in 2020, Jasper Li - associate of Allwest Insurance, became my insurance agent. I would recommend him to everyone. He is very professional proactive and efficient. Last year I completely forgot about the renewal due to personal circumstances and I was away, he actually texted to remind me about that. It took me totally as a surprise and I didn't know what to do as my insurance was about to expire etc. He arranged everything effortlessly and smoothly. I was so grateful. That was a service that you rarely get nowadays.
