Made the mistake of letting someone other than Sonia do my eyebrows. I asked for the excess hair to be cleaned up AROUND the shape of my eyebrows so that they could stay thick and still have the same natural arch shape. I told her a few times to keep them thick. Instead, she did the complete opposite - she got way too excited with that thread and ruined the arch shape on both brows one is now rounded and the other has a straight look across, thinned them out with one thinner than the other, then over-plucked them and left bald spots in some areas. They are now both completely uneven in size and shape, just in time for the holiday party season. My eyebrows looked 100 times better than before this woman destroyed them and so I definitely won't be returning here again. I would suggest booking with Sonia and if she isn't available take your business elsewhere.Service: Eyebrow shaping

went here to get a full face was and eyebrow threading. everything seemed great at first, the eyebrows the woman did for me were not symmetrical at all and tried to get her to change it twice before not asking again to not seem rude. the full face wax seemed alright at first. left feeling 5/10 face wax was okay but i didn't like the eyebrows. i ended up getting a huge rash on my face and started breaking the hell out from the wax. i am very big on keeping my skin clear so i was very annoyed and irritated when this happened. i wish i could get my refund but i’m on vacation and i purposely cleared my skin up before and now it's all bumpy. 0/10 experience.Service: Waxing

Been here once. Good place and a decent pedicure. The staff is good and friendly but the overall level of service can be improved. The pricing is also slightly more than the other options available in the area.

I used to come here a lot. Now I never will. I just came today Dec 30, 2021 around 1:45 for eyebrow threading with my mom. The threading itself was fine. They raised their prices from $3 to $7. The problem came when it was time to pay. They have those new white card machines that display the tip options at the beginning. My mom was the one paying and didn’t know how to work it. Before I could step in to help her, the lady at cash took the machine from her, and then gave it back. I noticed the tip option had disappeared when she did this so I had my suspicions. She didn’t offer the receipt after my mom had already paid so I had to ask for it. She herself had picked a 25% tip without my mom’s consent. This is so ethically immoral. A $3.50 tip on a $14 bill isn’t a big deal. But I am not a fan of the lack of ethics at play here. Tips are usually 15% and should always be at the discretion of the customer. I don’t agree with taking advantage of some customers. I will never return to this place. How are you picking a tip for yourself?? Without asking??? Unbelievable. Shady people. To other customers: be aware when you’re paying. Edit: To the owner - check your cameras and see your own employee taking the machine and giving it back. It clearly happened and your lack of ownership really shows the foundations the salon operates on. Unbelievable. Also you’re going to lie to me saying eyebrows have been $7 for 3 years? Your response to another review a year ago says that you raised prices AFTER COVID. Liars.

Kriti makes this place 5 stars. She's very sweet, polite, professional, and genuinely does her best to ensure you're satisfied with what you're paying for. Raji/Reggie... does not. I got a shellac mani from her and it peeled THE SAME DAY. I woke up with bubbles in the polish. She was rushing, careless and inattentive. I spent hundreds yesterday I've been at the shop before, as well and yeah I get that it may have been busy, but if you're making that much money from ONE person, on more than one occasion, you should have the sense to be more attentive. I had to go back the next day to have Kriti fix it, who did an amazing job and put a matte finish on my color changing gel Raji lied to me saying that the matte would make the color changing quality of the gel inert. Book an appointment with Kriti if you want a good job done on your spa services.

I am a regular client for this spa. It's a bit expensive, but the ladies who work there give the best services. I had my facials by Jaspret, gulpret and Sonia. They are very nice and friendly as well as professional. I am pretty sure all the ladies who work there give great services. I appreciate their work. Thank you girls!

This place is a full service salon..they offer a range of services starting from facial to waxing to hair cut. They also offer a variety of massages. I am frequent visitor and have always been satisfied with their services. The appointments are easy to get and the staff is nice and very accommodating.
