Their quality dropped a lot, you need to wait for a long time & they try to charge you more which never happened before. Time to find out different salons around

I agree with previous posts. Poor customer service, unreliable hours. They don't care about the customer like they use to, now it's just about running these businesses and hire any monkeys to cut hair for them.

My local barbershop I've been going to for 5 years almost, the barbers treat me like family and are very funny, always in a good mood and they do amazing haircuts. I definitely recommend.
