Lisa is literally my favourite!! She always does my nails so well and she’s so nice

I walked in and asked for a refill. The first lady on the right as you walk in was available. After she started my nails about 10 minutes later another customer came him and said to the lady that was doing my nail "you did my nails last time and I will wait for you to do it" the lady then replied "next time you call me and let me know you are coming". From then on she was in a hurry doing my nails, I have never had my nail done that fast in the years I have been doing them. She told me to go wash my hands after my nails was already finished, usually they ask me to wash before they put the polish on. While she is telling me to go wash my hands she was also handing me my phone. I had to tell her to let me wash my hands first. When I came back my phone was on a different table and the customer was in the chair getting her nails done. I even told her my nails are not done properly and she told me it's because I have clear polish that why everything under is showing, which is not true. I would never go back there. My suggestion is go somewhere that they will treat you well and does not matter if it's you are a regular customer or not.

Horrible. Just horrible. They have bad customer service and it was the worst day of my life.. went to do my eyebrows they messed them up and I didn’t get to do my nails. DONT GO TO THEM! Go else where!

The salon was amazing. I liked the service and their attitude. Worth the price. I just did it today, so can not comment on chipping from corners. But looks good the way I wanted and best part is I received service without booking an appointment. The manager and employee were pleasant.

The ladies were able to take us with an over the phone appointment when we got there they put us right into chairs and did an attentive an excellent job

Legit the worst service ever. I booked an appointment 8 HOURS IN ADVANCE. TELL ME HOW I AM WAITING ALMOST AN HOUR TO GET MY NAILS DONE. While a walk in comes in and someone takes them right away. This is unprofessional. I didn’t even say i wanted someone in specific. Worst customer service. Take your money somewhere else.

I wanted to like this place but I really don't the lady that did my shallac filed my nail too much she was pretty new she kept asking the others for help I really wanted to ask for someone else but I did not everyone was new a everything at some point in life .but my cuticles are sore.and the shallac flooded my nail bed .hopefully it last a good week and half am OCD when it comes to chopped nails .she also kept filling down the length of my nail I kept telling her length is ok just shape up sides

I've been going here for 2 years now and the experience has been on and off with me with the getting annoyed with the language they all speak in and listening to it sitting for 2 hours is tough !! My last time there was with some new employee she didn't even file the fake nails to the equal length and when i showed her that my thumb nail was smaller than other nails, she clearly ignored it and did not try to fix it at all, as if it wasn't common sense !! Plus on top of that I was charged different at different times even though i got the same gel nails done with shellac paint.. Definitely not going there again... :
