Took my girlfriend here for hairstyling and eyebrows, she was treated by the owner. The amount of attitude we received from her was as if we’re expecting free service. Extremely rude and horrific lady who doesn’t know how to treat clients, doesn’t have skills or gentleness while working but will rip you off by adding additional services. We were wanting to complain but then realised that she was the boss herself. Save your money and go somewhere you’ll be treated as a customer is supposed to be treated.Service: Hairstyling

worst experience in canada ever, ruined my eyebrows and the lady just refused to accept it. also they have this policy of accepting cash, which does not makes any sense lol, had to walk to get cash from atm, they kept my phone meanwhile, such a disrespectful staff.

Uneducated people, Zero skills, Garbage!! The person don’t know hair cutting. They are rude, unprofessional, disgusting people. Visiting here is Waste of money and time. Disappointing work and attitude. Very bad customer service. They taking cash only. No receipt. There is no option for 0 star! Otherwise I would give them Zero.

I typically get a great threading job when I go to Sandra. I always get compliments when she does my brows; other than her it is hit or miss. Friendliness is not common, more of an "all business" atmosphere. Good pricing, unfortunately you can only pay by cash I have often not gone because I don't have cash on me. Overall, I would recommend a visit.

WORST PLACE EVER. They are so rude here. The owner is the worst. She made me feel humiliated. She got upset the last time I wanted another girl to do my eyebrows. She left me a bald spot the last time.I decided to ask her co-worker and I loved the way she does it. I went yesterday and I wanted her to do my eyebrows because my regular lady wasn't there and I didn’t want to waste my time. She said no because, I been going to the other lady and I have to come another day. She’s sensitive and emotional. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT COME HERE.
