New Image Unisex Salon

Went in here with my little brother for a haircut and I was disappointed leaving the shop. My little brother’s hair was great and customer service were professional but the person who cut my hair made me disappointed. I requested for a skin fade and a eyebrow length for my top hair and the young barber/hairstylist went extremely high exposing the hairline I wanted to hide and made me look rounded rather than squared. As he was cutting I said to keep it low and squared and he said okay okay. I put my trust into that and he left me with a bad impression. I would recommend this place if you are going for best bang for buck but expect to not meet the quality as requested.

I go here for threading. The younger lady is very nice, the older one is extremely irritating. Even though you express your concerns that you don't want to do certain things, she will pressurize you and mock you for not doing it. I liked going to the younger lady but stopped coming here altogether. If you are from south asia, try to ignore the older lady. Nags like a hag!

Very good place for all the service they provide and very clean

This people charge as they like.We just didn’t ask the price for my baby head shave and they charged way more than salons next to our home. We went there all the way from Brampton because of recommendation and previous good experience of my sons hair cut. You people need to have a fix rate and post it on your counter or somewhere in the store.Stop making people fool and loot them.I would never go back or recommend this place.

Went to this salon as one of my friends used to go for a haircut. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. As a first impression everyone seemed nice and the hairdresser seemed knowledgeable. After coming home however the hairdresser who's name was Asha did not do a good job. She took a very long time with my hair and she cut it uneven! There was a long piece of hair in the back. She cut it way too short in the front. Since I had to go to an event that evening I could not go back to the salon to get the $30 back which I paid for this horrible haircut. Never coming again and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Good place and good price too

Watch out for the bald barber that cuts hair here. Can't follow simple instructions. Asked him to cut half off the top and he cut everything very short. Eventually just told him to stop and went somewhere else to fix it. All the other barbers here can follow instructions.
