A store made for book lovers, but also for those who enjoy finding practical and diverse items in one place.nThe Indigo store in York has a little bit of everything: toys, books, homewares, food, and more. The store is beautiful and strategically located, with easy access to entrances and exits, as well as food and sportswear outlets.nnSomething that really catches my attention not only in this store, but also in others, is its accessibility: escalators and elevators to accommodate customers with disabilities, well-trained staff to answer questions and assist with searches, wide aisles allowing easy access for strollers, walkers, and wheelchairs, and a play area, allowing children to focus even more on items that often end up being purchased.nnIt's worth checking out the store. As we know, new books aren't always cheap, but there are always promotions, and you can get a rewards card from the store.

YORKDALE MALLnMy visit to Yorkdale Mall on October 25, 2025, was absolutely worth it! The mall is huge, and I found many things there that I couldn’t find in Mississauga. Although it took me more than half an hour to drive, it was definitely worth the trip. I enjoyed window shopping, strolling around, and having lunch at Moxie’s. We were supposed to eat at The Cheesecake Factory, but it was so crowded that we decided to try Moxie’s instead and it turned out to be a great choice! The place was cozy, and we really enjoyed our meal.nnAfter lunch, we had a blast shopping from signature brands to local favorites. It was pure fun! My eyes were drawn to the beautiful displays of clothes, shoes, and bags, everything was just “wow!” One hour is definitely not enough to explore this mall; you need an entire day to truly enjoy every store and experience everything Yorkdale has to offer.

a great store for a bunch of book related things!! pretty overpriced though. manga collection is super little compared to stc or square one, but still solid. jellycats there too, but not a big collection.nnedit: as of recently, indigo yorkdale has definitely expanded and for the better. the stationary section is amazing with lots of available resources like notepads and journals, and even blind boxes from miniso or mofusand. the manga area has expanded and has its own dedicated section, and the jellycats have also been featured in the childrens section with more variety depending on stock.

Went there recently. Looking for a book that I was waiting for. Unfortunately they didn't have it. No fault to Indigo Yorkdale. The staff were present and willing to help. They directed me to another location which did have the books and told me how many they had. So the information was accurate to a t and I had no issues with this location and I never do. It's a great place if you just want to hang out, read a quick book or even pick one up. And it's a fun environment for kids as well
