I always go looking for books that are out of stock in store which is a bummer same complaint with Conestoga mall, Waterloo so inventory isn’t greatnI think they could get more variety/interesting books on stock most of them just have trashy graphic design covers - that’s more of a publisher problem instead pocket sized books, fun paperbacks, graphic novels, expanded, classics would be a great changenThe place is like any other corporate bookstore - borders, Barnes and noble etcnBright overhead lights and all but I still float around here often to read blurbsnI rarely purchasenThere’s a long section of seating that overlooks a large parking lot which has a quite beautiful view when there’s sunlight reflecting off the cars

The staff here are great. My wife pregnant ordered a playdough set big box for my little one and I had to leave the store for a brief moment. I came back to see a staff member helping my wife to bring the box to the counter and she didn't even have to ask. Great customer service. Thank you.

Great Finds, but Long Checkout Lines.nDespite the limited stationery selection compared to other Indigo departments, I always manage to find what I need at this Yorkdale location. The customer service is top-notch. However, the long checkout lines with just one or two cashiers can be frustrating. Waiting 15-20 minutes to pay is not pleasant. Overall, a good store, but be prepared for potential delays at checkout.
