I ordered some books one month ahead of time for Christmas to be delivered to my mother in another province. The books did not arrive. I have emailed  3 times, phoned twice and still have not resolved the issue. I paid a premimium price for express post and was told they'd arrive Christmas eve. They did not. It is now Dec.28th and there is still no sign of the book and no one is answering the phone. I had also emailed a fourth time to express my disatisfaction. No response. Very bad customer service. I will not shop here again.
