Indigo - Yonge & Eglinton

This Indigo shop is not the biggest ever but it already is quite important. It has everything you need from stationary to books and some home and kitchen stuff as usual. Most of employees are friendly and very helpful, however few ones are really not nice but maybe it was a bad day. The inside cafe is very convenient and offers a great view over the street.

what I like most in this branch is staffs who works there. always friendly and helpful. they come up to you to see if you need anything :) I appreciate it more after terrible experiences in a different location. Yorkdale branch needs your management style!

I missed the entire author's talk (story of my life; I love 💖my friends that don't want me to say sorry or understand the numerous times I change my mind or run late). One staff filled me in with enthusiasm, answering all my questions. Another staff made sure I was checked out quickly to be the last person the author signed a book for. A third ran and got an unsigned copy, so I could get it personalized. I bought Michelle Tam's new easy Paleo cookbook.

Literally just called in to this branch for a general question and the lady that answer the phone was not nice but yes she did answer my question after putting me on hold but that was horrible customer service she was not nice and very impatient. Not satisfied at all.... During the call I had some other guy asking me about another inquiry but I was not the right customer and he didn't let me finish my sentence and put me back on hold. I understand it's the Christmas season and you guys want to assist customers fast but do it efficiently...

Huge selection. Awesome for just wandering around and checking out new books. Most books are still significantly more expensive than just buying it on Amazon though.
