Fantastic vegan food!! I was visiting for a week and went several times so I could keep trying different options on the menu. The cheese plate had some of the best vegan cheese I’ve tasted and my friend who is not vegan really enjoyed the place too! The burger was definitely my favorite though.
I would consider it as one of the best plant-based vegan restaurant in Vancouver, if not the best! Home-made food quality, the ambience is cozy and relaxing. In my short stay there, i made sure to try as many dishes as possible. The desserts are also superb and the staff are super friendly. IT IS A MUST TO TRY
Super cute and cozy place. I loved their coconut water it was very fresh. This restaurant has a combination of raw and cooked foods. One thing I can say is that the flavour is not lacking. For being raw, the flavours were so vibrant compared to some cooked dishes I've had elsewhere. Overall, it is a different experience since you don't feel as "full" because not everything is cooked and heavy. One thing is just their portions are on the smaller end, but I will definitely come back to this place.
So delicious! Wonderful service and excellent, wholesome, healthy vegan food. Pumpkin spice latte is the best I've ever had. A little pricey for a cafe setting, but I'm sure it is because they are using the best whole ingredients and making everything from scratch. We had the cheese plate, pierogies and the kelp and zucchini noodle salad.
I'm not a vegan but the food here was great vegan food or not. Our waitress was great. She was very sweet with suggesting us foods and giving great details about the menu. This place is pretty small but it's cool, it has a lot of personality down in a basement like atmosphere.
Fantastic vegan and raw cafe. Plenty of gluten free options. Their serving sizes were hearty and their taste was even yummier. Recommended Thai spicy salad and vegan cheese they make in house is the best I have ever tasted and service has been excellent. Will be back
Great gem downtown Vancouver! The cutest little place with character. Ukrainian combo was amazing, it included borscht/potato pierogi/stuffed peppers and those were exactly how I remember the non-vegan counterparts taste like. Finished with a wonderfully fruit decorated waffle and a raspberry compote!. Lovely service. Went twice during my short weekend stay and would’ve gone more if I had the time.
Nice hipster cafe, not really what you would expect for high tea at first glance. Vegan dessert is fabulous. They have a large variety of tea, and the ones we tried, honey lavender and cherry green tea, were both quite good. They have limited spots for high tea, you have to pre-book in advance. But the cafe seems to have plenty of room for regular menu eaters. Some of the treats we had were miniature sizes of some of their regular menus dishes. We will be back to try their regular menu next time.
The food was surprisingly delicious. The price was on the high side, but I can see the trouble they'd go through to make them. Service was good. Tea was on the weak side, and of course the vegan milk doesn't work well with tea, but it was the nature of vegan stuff, so no complains. Oh, the mushroom soup and avocado lime mouse cake were delicious
Wow what a cool place. Very cozy and unassuming place. The food that we had was outstanding. I e never had eggplant bacon before until I went here and it was extremely tasty! The mood and lighting is nice and low but bright enough if you need to read. Prices are good compared to the size plate of food you get. Service is a tad slow but I want in a hurry so I didn't mind the extra wait. For anyone looking for a truly healthy alternative in the downtown area, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. And I've heard their high tea is a must as well
