very nom experience Whenever I have vegan food, it always seem like they experiment alot in their sauce. Their signature cauliflower wings come in good portion, over a small bed of rice. The spinach salad that came with it was very flavorful. I wonder if they use gochujang in their sauce?? I had their medium spice cauli wings and their croquettes. I did not expect to see small meringue-like mini croquettes. I love the crispy side of any fried food, so if you are like me, you’ll enjoy it.
