Hello, My name is Josh Dorr I am a two time IKWF state qualifier for wrestling. I have recently joined Wheaton barbell gym and fitness studio about one or two months ago. Where I met owners and trainers Lucas and Brittney. since I have joined wheaton barbells I feel and look much stronger,Flexible,And have much more agility in wrestling and just in general. The one thing this gym has that no other dose is a new friendship Lucas and Brittney are respectful,Hardworking, And dedicated people. They will stop at nothing to get you to your end goal with real results.

Never knew what a "real" and effective workout was until I started going to Wheaton Barbell. This has been only program I've found that got me excited and motivated to make sure I get there as often as my schedule allows. Jeff (owner) is a good guy and knows his stuff. The other "barbellers" are fun and it's a supportive atmosphere. Wide range of ages and abilities. I'm feeling more fit at 45 years of age than I did in my late 20s. Try it!

I have been a member at Wheaton Barbell almost since inception. It is a great place to train, the people are great to train with and the owner is an exceptional coach/trainer. It makes no difference if you wish to learn and train kettlebells, olympic lifts or general fitness. It is all there and Jeff Armstrong is a master trainer at each. In addition, there are wonderful programs for youngsters seeking preparation for junior high and high school sports activities. Men, women, boys and girls all in one happy place just trying to get better one workout at a time. Highly recommended.
