I brought my car to Valley Collision after my first accident ever. They walked me through everything and made it very easy for me, arranged my rental and booked me in right away!! The repairs were done very well and they even cleaned it!! I would highly recommend them and will be going back for sure!!!

Don't even waste your time after just shy of $4000 of work out of pocket not even six months later through one winter the paint is blistering so I went back to the shop to show them what was happening they we're not interested in doing any type of warranty repair just a bunch of baloney bottom line I trusted them to be professional with the estimate and work that was done and this was not the case I strongly encourage you to think about this place based on my experience and research the place before hand . I consider myself a very honest and giving type a person all I ever wanted is for somebody to give me the same courtesy.

Long story short. I am very displeased with the customer service of this place and all employees who work there. I had done body work there for warranty a year ago and rust started to form. I then went back because it was less than a year since it was done. It took a long time to arrange for me to make time to go since they do not do loner car options. I finally got in. I went in on a Wednesday and dropped the car off first thing in the morning. I was told the car would be done the next day mid morning. I went in, the car never moved from where I parked it and never got in the shop at all. I was then told on the Thursday that my car will go in and that they were really busy and swapped. (Obviously booked in during other bookings. Warranty work means loss of money and no customer service, so book me in with clients despite being booked in on their calendar over a month prior). Was then told they would use a heat lamp to dry the car over night and how it only takes 45 minutes to dry this way. Called Friday rather than drive in because I could not trust them now. Was told the car still had wet paint. So I was lied to about the use of these hot lamps. Was told on the Thursday that they wanted to detail my car as they with all clients afterwards, sorry for delays, etc. Came to get my car, they broke the decals (model and make decals). Was advised it would take a couple days to get the parts to fix. It took close to a month, constant calling and dealing with employees who did not know anything, and even sometimes snitty toward me for always calling. I learned I had to call because they would never call me back. Even get upset on the phone at me because when the part finally arrived, it was there for a few days. They said they would call. Car is finally fixed after over a month of BS. Long story short: - They lie - The employees lack knowledge - Unprofessional behavior - Customer suffers at the expense of a warranty claim. - Business obviously double books you in so they do not loose money. Even though they booked you in for a slot. Basically, warranty = lost money. A smart business would know that this attitude creates angry customers, word spreads like a good review like this and hurts the business (serves you right!) - Being led around like crazy - Employees display attitude when questioned or caught lieing. Oh ya! And they also left my car outside, windows down (I use air conditioner, never windows, and make sure they are up if the car will sit for a while) and it down poured. My seats all throughout were profusely drenched! And was simply told sorry, it would not hurt the vehicle. Hope this helps. As a customer, if you value your car, do not use this business! They are careless in all walks of business conduct. I checked the better business bureau. I can understand now why they are not listed there. I will keep checking though Valley collision, the day your on there is the day I post. Regards, An angry past paying customer.
