Hyderabad Biryani House

Delicious food, friendly service, and the interior design is on the modern side which I like. The price is very reasonable too! The food is on the more salty side for me but I know usually most people they like it this way, that’s why the food in a restaurant is always on the more salty side. I will definitely come back to this restaurant.

I visited this place for a weekend lunch. The quality and quantity of food are amazing. I tried the cilantro chicken which was a crispy chicken appetizer tossed in spices and cilantro based sauce. The chicken dum biryani was aromatic , and had very well marinated two soft pieces of chicken legs. The portion size was very good. I will highly recommend anyone to try their biryani. In my opinion it is the best biryani in lower Mainland.

I am here going to write 2 reviews together. I’m from tamilnadu, india. I have been here 2 times. First time, it was awesome. We had on that day same Vijayawada chicken briyani, chicken lollipop and cilantro chicken. All were good. I went today. I ordered gongura goat Briyani. I think they gave me old meal taste less. Please don’t serve if it’s old meal. But Vijayawada chicken briyani was excellent as usual. As fresh I think. I believe here moving dishes are dum chicken briyani and Vijayawada chicken Briyani. This is my view. I never tasted authentic Andra cuisines. So based on taste what I feel I’m writing here. Suggestion to restaurant: don’t serve old meal. I read also some other review same complain about gongura goat Briyani. Must taste dishes : dum chicken briyani, Vijayawada chicken Briyani and cilantro chicken. Nothing else

Googled for Hyderabadi Dum Briyani and found this place and went to dine in for dinner with a group of 6. Since it was Boxing Day night, the wait time was crazy, it took an hour to get a table! But it’s worth the wait. Pros: 1. Chicken lolly pop and chilli chicken 5/5 ~ spicy, delicious and had the wanting for more 2. Gongura mutton Briyani 4/5 3. Ulavucharu chicken Briyani 4.5/5 ~ Both mutton and chicken meat was cooked to perfection but the Briyani could have been more flavourful 4. Hyderabadi Dum Briyani paneer 65 10/5 ~ this took a longtime, but it came in as a surprise! The best Dum Briyani that brought back all the memories from India! A MUST TRY! Go for any HDB. Cons: 1. The hot and sour chicken soup ~ spicy but underwhelming, it’s not the signature soup that we have in India 2. Wait time ~ in the restaurant and on the table, could have been managed efficiently Will visit again, I hope the taste is consistent every time

This restaurant stands by its name’Hyderabadi Biryani” I ordered chicken biryani and goat curry, very well made!! The biryani is excellent, I would say best Dum biryani in lower mainland!! A must try!!

I really wish I could give a 5. Amazing amazing food. Tried multiple dish including goat and chicken Biriyani, chicken 65, cilantro chicken and so on. But the service really need be improved. They don’t ask for order, lack of hospitality, don’t give water until asked, floor is slippery, and many more. I really hope the owner will look this comment and take action. This is the best Biriyani in town. Please don’t have waste it for bad service

We tried the platter which was absolutely delicious. The taste of each item in the platter was different from the other and is above and beyond expectations. About biryani’s my personal favourite is vijaywada chicken biryani. The chicken is so well marinated and soft. And the biryani rice so amazing. I would love to visit this place again. Highly recommended for people who love biryani.

1. We ordered Vijaywada Fry Piece biryani and they gave us Dum Biryani 2. Gongura Mutton Biryani doesn’t feel fresh and it started smelling right after opening the box. 3. Cilantro chicken tasted good. That’s why we gave 2 star rating. Really unhappy with this experience.

It’s been more than a year that i have waited to reach here after getting strong recommendations from my friend. The best biryani i ever had in Vancouver/Metro Vancouver. Great Ambience, chill vibes and great great Food. Amrutha’s service gesture was also very warm. Highly recommended!! Must Visit

Finally vancouver got a nice Hyderabadi biryani place and lots of South Indian dishes. Try cilantro chicken here, it’s at it’s best taste. Next time I’ll be trying something with gongura . All the best for sandeep and team on their new beginning
