Kaiser's Kenosha Pizza & Pub

I went back and looked at my receipts, as I eat here regularly. It is just steps from where I work. I literally spent $1400.00 over the last year (average of $120.00 a month). I utilize a wheelchair and the curb cuts were snowy and icy so I asked the manager (Amber) if she could waive the delivery charge as it is only 25 steps away from my office. She said no. Despite explaining it was dangerous for me to try to wheel the 25 steps she did not care. I will never visit this location ever again. I guess that 3.00 for a one time courtesy was or is more important than the thousands I would have spent there over the next 20 years since I work 25 steps from the Kaisers. So congrats Amber for standing your ground for 3 measly dollars. In reality I can afford 3.00, but when you are 25 steps away it is a ridiculous charge. Ultimately, it comes down to a simple gesture of kindness to someone who cannot not wheel through snow and to a customer who eats there 8-10x a month. I am guessing kindness and compassion are something the owner and management care nothing about given you would choose 3.00 over an average of 1400.00. a year. See ya Kaiser's You won't get another penny from me! Vinny's was willing to bring be the food for free.

Very good food! Great place to eat! Awesome pizza! Good value for the money. It’s not the cheapest but the double decker pizza makes it worth it

Danielle was absolutely awesome to my friend and I as we were just in town to get some tattoos and needed a bite to eat. The portions were huge and the price was well worth the visit. I definitely recommend Kaiser's if you're passing through!

Definitely one of the better pizza places in Kenosha. Their thin crust is tasty and if you go online to their website they have coupons that you can print out and use. Never had a bad pizza from here and is usually the only pizza place we order from in Kenosha (spoiled and use to Chicago style pizza). Yum!

Definitely a family favorite. Delicious food, decent variety, and big portion sizes. We'll continue to return!
