Amazing service and great work. Brought my boots to fix the heels and he had it ready in a day and did amazing work with them. He even held them all week for me and had them ready when I walked in. This is the perfect store.

I paid $30 for shoe repair. Two weeks later shoes came apart again. Went back to Hugo's and he wanted to charge me another$25 for repairs. I through the shoes in the garbage. Don't go to Hugo's shoe repair unless you want to get ripped off. Would not recommend this shoe repair shop
I had to take my favourite shoes to repair at this place. The price was fair than any other places. He finished the work before actual time and called me for pick up. Professional and I am happy for the service! Thank you
Scam- Absolutely WORST service and a complete scam. My pair of shoes were not returned back on time and made an excuse that there is a special glue that is required. That special glue came off on very first day and he charged $68 for cheap dollar store gorrilla glue.
