Since there are no places to leave a review for the website I will leave it here as between all the online shopping experiences I had the absolute worst experience with Hugo Boss Canada. Their website is a total trash of an interface, nothing is working. Their chat pops up in between every click and is super annoying. It took them close to two weeks to ship an item and took another two weeks to be received. It took three days!! to issue a returning label and apparently 21 days to issue a refund! I mean... come on its not like other websites are not doing everything they can to improve their shipping! like revolve it only takes 2 days to receive an item and 5 days for a refund. Step up your miserable game as it is not even close to the brand name!!! This was my first and last online order from Hugo Boss for sure.

If You're looking for your own online shopper they've got it. Plus their in store staff are exceptional. Quality clothing at great sale prices. Ask for Ms. Zulma Estepa from Hugo Boss Crossiron Mills she a great eye for design.

Store manager and his team knows very well how to treat their customers like BOSS. Great job guys. Sm went way above and beyond to help me out and make sure the transaction was smooth. Awesome. Rare to find such kind of service. Keep it up

Shirt started piling after less than 1yr ownership. Store wouldn’t replace or standby their product. Never again.

To be honest I’m terrible at getting dressed up…thank goodness for Kiarash!! Showed up here at 7pm on a Thursday looking for a Blazer/Pants combo for a Saturday wedding and these guys hooked me up. Great costumer service and I don’t think he even had to measure me to get me in all the right sizes. Made it a priority that things get hemmed and even went out of his way to bring it himself. Picking everything up in the afternoon from the store without a hitch. Thanks again, you guys were amazing.

Horrible experience with this store. DO NOT have them send you the suit with UPS. Mine got lost in the mail and they washed their hands of me as soon as the suit said delivered even though it wasn't. I was forced to go buy another suit elsewhere days before a wedding. The store manager wouldn't tell me if there was insurance on the suit for about a month and then finally told me that they don't put insurance on their mail. The store still claims the suit was delivered even though it wasn't. UPS takes forever to follow up to a claim. I would highly suggest shopping for a suit from anywhere but this store. Terrible customer service, terrible customer appreciation, terrible in all aspects. HUGO BOSS SUCKS.

The worst customer service ever. We went in chinook mall one. The girl was not interested at all to show us any sizes or anything. Will never go back.

Worst experience! Second time in a row! Store manager has no knowledge and the worst person to deal with! I ordered something online, and had it delivered to the store. Upon my arrival, store manager totally ignored and said he did not receive anything. Asked me to deal with Hugo Boss online and he can’t help. Upon calling Hugo Boss online store, they confirmed they have a picture from courier to show proof of delivery. Another associate of Hugo Boss went to back to double check, found the package. I requested store manager to come out and talk to me from his office, he did not have the courtesy or courage to come out and apologize. Take your business somewhere else! If you want Hugo Boss products, go to Harry Rosen. Avoid flagship store at CHINOOK STORE AT ALL COST!!!

I have been going to the Boss store in Chinook for over 5 years. Todays experience was horrendous. I came in to look for a white dress shirt and when I asked Kong at the store he profiled me by what I was wearing which is shorts and a t-shirt and right away said there was nothing for me. Had zero interest in helping me and seeing how he could help me. Explained that white dress shirts are saved for his customers who would be looking to buy suits. I have bought a total of 8 suites from this store over the last 3 years and this is the first time I have ever been treated like this. Pretty sad considering this was one of my favourite stores to shop at. Not just because of the customer service but the experience and quality of clothes. This will be the last time I step foot in that store. Kong left such bad taste in my mouth with one of the worst customer service experiences in a retail store. Zero comparison in the customer service provided at Harry Rosen or Nordstrom Rack to name a few. A solid 1 star for Kong and this store. Highly suggest to shop somewhere else to get a true top of the line experience.

If you want to walk into a high fashion store to see employees all sitting around on their phones, this is the place to go. This store does not represent the brand and I will buy Hugo Boss product from Harry Rosen where the client experience matters. Worst Hugo Boss store I have ever entered.
