In my 5 years experience as a delivery person, I have met some wonderful customers, but nowhere have I felt as special as in this place. The people here are genuinely kind and are full of positive vibes. I went in to deliver a parcel and the gentleman here asked me if I’d like some coffee or needed to use their washroom, and then proceeds to show me where it is! The world needs more awesome people like them whose everyday goal seems to be simply to spread the love. They made me feel more valued than my employer has in 5 years! Stopped in to get my husband a suit for our daughter’s wedding and cannot express how much we appreciated the amazing service. Everyone we interacted with was so nice, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Each suggestion was perfect, and the pricing was comparable to the box stores we went to. Thank you so much for making what is for us is a chore an actually pleasurable experience.

What an amazing experience. I'm typically discounted by my appearance, however, this was not the case. From the moment I walked in I was treated with the upmost respect. I was immediately offered a fresh made cappuccino and was engaged by Bee who actually took the time to understand what I was looking for- a vibrant shirt for a celebration of life. I was provided with many options, colours, styles and fits and ended up finding the absolute perfect shirt. I could not be more happy with the service and quality of product, thank you so much for a great experience!

My experience with Supreme is absolutely the best customer service I have received in many many years! Bee was so pleasant to deal with, and ensured that we were able to find the product I was looking for, and also stay within my budget. Not only that, she went above and beyond to make sure that I would have everything I needed in time for an event this weekend. Communication was phenomenal and Bee made me feel like I was truly valued as a customer, regardless of how comparatively small my purchase was! Thank you so very much for being so accommodating, and able to work with my very short timeline. I also appreciate the fact that your store is dog friendly. It’s great to be able to bring my dog along; it’s great socialization for him, and it makes it much easier to run errands before the dog park that way, without having to worry about the heat/making him wait in the car. I landed in Calgary for a business trip having forgotten my dress shoes in Montreal. The kind lady working at the store provided me with insightful information and overall great service for my hasty and slightly panicked purchase. The customer service experience from Dave and Bee was outstanding, they made us feel so welcome and were very helpful in every way possible even giving us directions around the city, recommending stores for items that we wanted that weren’t in their inventory. We are only two weeks into our move into the country and they made us feel at home and offered us so much information, help and would recommend them everyday of the week 10/10
