I ordered the women’s retro pile jacket in white online from this store. I love the sweater and it was very promptly shipped to me in Edmonton. I made a request on the comment section at checkout and they did more than they had to! Quick service and good service - I couldn’t ask for more.

Great place. Quality stuff at a reasonable if slightly high price. But it lasts forever..I have a pair of boots from 2011

I'm a big Patagonia fan. I love the brand so much that I like to keep even the price-tags. I was pleasantly surprise while visiting Canada with this store. Very friendly people and a curated selection of clothes that I haven't seen at other locations. I'll return on my next visit!

The employees were very helpful and there is a good variety of clothes women, men and even children.

I brought my jacket here to get repaired. I eventually ended up with a store credit for a brand new jacket and could not have asked for a better experience.

Really helpful staff and they were more concerned for my safety than the possible damage when I broke a shelf! Excellent!
