The staff at this location are incredibly helpful! I was looking for a replacement of a shirt I bought a few months ago that I lost, and they searched all across the country until they could find it and have it brought in for me. So so happy. Will definitely return again!
- [x] Im a lacoste patronizer. Its my #1 brand next to couch. Sadly have a bad experience. They dont do price guarantee or price match and cant return. I bought a cosmetic pouch trio 25%off. The lady didnt either told me its a final sale nor stamp my receipt with “final sale”. After 3 days i found out it was on sale for 45% off. The sales lady said they will honor the amount i paid to another merchandise and/or get the discount difference to a new item. So i end up return the cosmetic trio pouch and buy a zip clutch bag and crossover bag and i paid more for $23.75.. After i return a necklace at couch store next to lacoste i found out that lacoste sales lady just carried $73.10 out of $77.90 that i paid. A $4.80 value is rip from me. Hey, you will not give a merchandise to me if i will not pay the entire amount. Should be the same when you said you will honor the amount i paid and not a loss.
My family is huge on Lacoste. We have been buying Lacoste shirts for years now. This past Christmas 2016 I purchased 2 mens Lacoste polos, one classic and one fashion. After one wear, we washed them with care, and hung to dry. The shirts had shrunk in size, drastically to the point where my family could not wear these shirt any more. More than $200 down the drain. It was disappointing to go back to the store, where we thought we were valued customers to be told that only 1 of the shirts will be exchanged. I then sent an email to Lacoste head office to wait over a month and NOT get a reply. I decided to call chinook Lactose again after no reply from head office, to be told that the manager and general manager made the decision to not accept the exchange of the second shirt, and made the decision without informing me about it. The manager I spoke to Michelle, was unbelievably rude. Not being empathetic at all for the situation and more than anything giving me attitude and HORRIBLE customer service. I cannot explain how disappointed and upset I am that this is how Lacoste treats their valued customers. I will continue to email head office until I get a reply and the issue is resolved.
Lacoste sizes are a bit awkward for me as I'm between 3 and 4, however the design, colours and the long-lasting material are impeccable.
