Charges way too much for items and does not have a great selection. Swap & Shop in Ottawa is so much better

I love the staff there. They are very knowledgeable and they are nice with the customers. I have dealt with them for numerous amounts of years and never have I been deceived

Never in my life have i had a pawn shop turn me down...the side casing around the monitor on my laptop is a bit flawed which in no way affects the performance of the screen or the system. The guy flat out refused to pawn it saying it was broken. I replied its not broken it works perfect. Then he asked what my definition of broken is and i said when something doesnt operate the way its meant to and proceded out the door. Any other pawn shop would just offer me less. The red head guy working is a complete douchbag and hope this will help customers think twice before bringing business to that store.
