I really loved dealing with the people at AkianI. I was bought my ring as a sign of love and I never took it off. Then it broke. I was so sad I kept looking at my broken ring. Finally I decided whatever the cost I would get it fixed. I call and Marcela was wonderful. She told me about the replacement policy. Because of the times we live in I mailed my broken ring to her and within 2 weeks I had the new onemost of that was the mail.What a wonderful gift. I now have a replacement ring and I love it.
