very poor WIFI don't not recommend for business trips. no laundry room had to go out of my way to clean laundry. tub faucet needs replacing. for giving them 3000 dollars I would expect better. I would not return here.

Very bad service, terrible front service wouldn't provide bed sheets that were in desperate need of a change. They said would ask the manager, we waited, and we got no response, and no service. Not even provided sheets for us to change it ourselves! They said sheets or cleaning of the room will not get changed for stay under 2 days; Blankets looked unwashed with brown splots or stains, and was dusty; The beds were very uncomfortable; there is no soundproofing in the walls, can hear people talking in the hallway, and last night we can hear loud music with loud base from a party running to midnight, plus we were on the highest floor,4th. The good things are the location, the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna... however the place was overcrowded with people. I would give the hotel an extra star if we even had the chance to enjoy any of it. We all had very bad sleep especially in our last night of stay.

Went here with my family this past week. Although being able to look at the pool wasn't exactly ideal it was also pretty cool! We enjoyed our stay very much.

As a family accustomed to staying in various hotels, we have always chosen places that are welcoming and understanding, capable of accommodating family dynamics, including moments when children can be turbulent. We are aware that managing children can sometimes be challenging, and we always strive to minimize any inconvenience to other guests. Unfortunately, during our stay with you, despite our best efforts to manage our child who has several difficulties, we were surprised and saddened by the way the situation was handled by your staff. We were contacted by the reception in the early evening, and a security personnel visited us, informing us that we were disturbing other guests. I would like to clarify that we were not partying or intentionally creating noise, but merely trying our best to manage our child’s behavior in a particularly stressful situation for both him and us. This approach seemed not only excessive but also lacking in the understanding and empathy we have always encountered in other establishments. Of all the hotels we have stayed at, this experience has unfortunately been the most distressing and disappointing for our family. We are aware of the challenges that hosting families with children can present, and we hoped to find a welcoming and accommodating environment with you. This was far from the case. We therefore made the decision to leave the hotel the same evening, in search of a place more in tune with our needs.

Could have been better. After 10 days of travel and horrible sleep already, we had to stay here due to some conference in town and everyone being booked. We stayed on the third floor, room was ok itself but very stingy on pillows, no laundry services, no water dispenser, no breakfast, no pool slide for smaller children and the only vending machine with water available for my toddler was on 4th floor and it stole 6$ from me still no water, which they did not refund. I could not sleep at all: if not for all the clattering noise from a drying machine everyone kept coming to use the ice machine, you could hear anybody taking the stairs or just walking on the upper level... there's too many things to improve for me to ever recommend my family or friends staying here. Better sound proofing might be a really good start. Overall disappointed and sad to have been here.
