Hotel La Sagueneenne

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the front desk staff very friendly. The pool and spa is a very nice bonus and you can even go to a small but functional gym. It's close to many great stores and restaurants but I urge you to visit the indoor restaurant for a great steak and breakfast.

Older rooms, but clean. Noisy air conditioning unit and has difficulty maintaining the room temperature. Staff is super nice and will answer any questions you have. Location is isolated, but just off Talbot street where the big mall is walking distance.

Very bad service, terrible front service wouldn't provide bed sheets that were in desperate need of a change. They said would ask the manager, we waited, and we got no response, and no service. Not even provided sheets for us to change it ourselves! They said sheets or cleaning of the room will not get changed for stay under 2 days; Blankets looked unwashed with brown splots or stains, and was dusty; The beds were very uncomfortable; there is no soundproofing in the walls, can hear people talking in the hallway, and last night we can hear loud music with loud base from a party running to midnight, plus we were on the highest floor,4th. The good things are the location, the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna... however the place was overcrowded with people. I would give the hotel an extra star if we even had the chance to enjoy any of it. We all had very bad sleep especially in our last night of stay.

We went there with Hockey team in Winter, the location is really good, very closed to Quebec University, and many fastfood/restaurant and supermarket around there.

very poor WIFI don't not recommend for business trips. no laundry room had to go out of my way to clean laundry. tub faucet needs replacing. for giving them 3000 dollars I would expect better. I would not return here.
