Very clean and nice rooms, decent breakfast, there’s an old blonde woman with glasses(Caroline) who works at the front desk, she doesn’t even look at you or say hi when you enter...I thought this was the hospitality industry?!? She looks fed up to be there

Chicoutimi hotels could be expected to be offered at lower prices than Quebec's major cities, but this is not absolutely the case. The room costs $ 150 per night, breakfast included. I'm going to New York City at the end of July, in high season so, and I'll pay $ 142 USD on Long Island City, just across the Queensboro Bridge. Amazing! Warm reception. My room 123 was large, with desk, sofa, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Ultra-clean. Corridor seems to have a new rug. Smell of "clean", very pleasant throughout the building. Free parking obviously. Secure internet that works very well. Comfortable bed. The breakfast is "gorgeous": choice of coffee / hot chocolate, toast, scrambled eggs hot or boiled, sausages and hot potatoes, waffles, cold cereals or hot oatmeal, yogurt, fruits, .... name it ! The lunch room is large enough to accommodate everyone. An attendant takes care that all dishes are always available. Great service! The hotel is located on Main Street (Talbot Blvd.), right in front of a MetroPlus supermarket, which offers a wide selection of microwaveable prepared meals. It's very "convenient" when you want to eat in peace, without waiting in a restaurant. However, several restaurants available nearby, including a Thai and Sushi Shop. The Québec-Saguenay road is truly magnificent, both for the panorama and the macadam. A 4-lane road, like the 20. This is where we realize that the 20 should be 6 lanes for at least 40 years! I was in Chicoutimi for the ACFAS congress at UQAC.

Clean, good service. Rooms hot enough space and the breakfast is included.

Fast and friendly service. Room was clean and spacious. Can't ask for any better than that.
