Comfort Inn Chicoutimi

Everything was great. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety of baked goods, eggs, sausages or bacon, cereal, fruits and yogurt. Room was clean, spacious, furniture modern, beds soft and large. Excellent for families. Could have added Netflix app to the TV. Free parking onsite and wifi.

This Comfort Inn offered clean rooms, hot water for showers and a convenient location. The breakfast room was very hot due to the waffle maker and toaster being used. The kitchen lady was very pleasant.

I had to pay premium dollars for the 2 nights, Quebec doesn’t celebrate Simcoe’s day however prices were steep regardless!!! Parking lot is adequate but somehow cumbersome… facilities are ok, good luck trying to have the complimentary breakfast… the line up is long and not enough room for everyone… best take it to your room

I stayed at this hotel on March 4, 2025, room 233, and had a very disappointing experience. The sink and bathtub were broken, and despite informing the reception, nothing was done—not even an offer to change rooms. The rooms are small, have a bad odor, and the internet is extremely weak. Additionally, upon arrival, the door key didn’t work, and we had to return to the reception to resolve the issue. I don’t recommend.

Deluxe room was not very deluxe ... there was a stain on the carpet. I took a picture when we checked in just in case our dogs were blamed for it. Breakfast was not so good, lots of people complained that there was not enough food for the amount of guests and the dining room was very very small. They had to make there own waffles, fun for some but not for all.
