Nice addition to many boutique bakeries on Roncesvalles, often located inside of Polish stores. Variety makes it great to shop. Hot Oven offers a nice place to have a coffee and a treat right by the window or outside patio in summer. Lovely staff, some French ladies that are superb in customer service. Products are good, but not great. Wish they were providing mostly healthy goods. Anyway, they might adapt...

Lovely neighbourhood type bakery. Fresh bread, pastries, etc. Get there early for the best selection. Friendly service.

Good bread, but they now make you slice it yourself. Not clear how to use "self-serve" slicing machine without mangling loaf of bread when bagging it. Will most likely be switching bakeries.
