We visited today, and I was very disappointed to find Covid 19 being used as a excuse not to provide, washroom facilities to your patrons. We travelled over an hour to visit the warehouse. After inquiring with staff I was directed to visit an off site location. Tim’s ect which is not close by.. I would like to mention there are no other Covid recommendations posted at the warehouse. There are no mandates in place … and this just a way to eliminate the time and cost of maintaining washrooms. Sadly making this location not acceptable or accessible for all. It took me a bit longer, to get back to the warehouse, as I’m currently a bit slower moving as I use a walker . Upon my return to the warehouse, your long time member was finished shopping, and I never went back in. Very disappointing
Great warehouse for all of your baking needs especially when getting service from Tiffany and Yusef. They are so welcoming and have always been so willingly to help find items, answer any questions and provide advice when im in shopping. Always a great experience! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
This is a really great warehouse to get baking supplies, never been disappointed in terms of quality of product. I have been a member for 2 years now. However customer service in person is flat out rude. Please train your cashiers to be a bit more polite and not rudely insinuate that customers aren't members as soon as they walk in the door. It's a baker's warehouse, not the Canadian boarder. If you hate your job, DONT WORK THERE. Even the FB messenger person is rude.
Amazon's pricing are starting to beat the warehouse even with a membership. I went today and just so happens 3 of the items i needed were sold out... this happens often . Staff are simply just employees: not much customer service skills or knowledge about products , in the end the job gets done ? Still my go to for a few items such as gel food colour, clam shells, cake boxs ... always leaving with more than i intended on buying
My one stop shop! The staff is super knowledgeable and kind. Very clean warehouse & always fully stocked. Special mention to Yousif who is always cheerful, friendly and helpful! He goes above and beyond to ensure I leave satisfied and have my check list, checked off. Thanks!
I have to say that your employee Yousif is amazing.. everytime I come I get the best customer service from him.. he is very friendly and very knowledgeable about your products and always goes out of his way to make sure I find everything I need. He has a great personality and is a great employee! You need more employees like him with the fantastic customer service he provides.
Came in today to try to get some cake supplies for my nieces birthday. Told I was not allowed to shop here without a membership. I have come in multiple times in the last couple years without any issue and there was never any mention of a membership to shop here. The associate Yousif was rude and unhelpful and did not inform me that they implemented a membership in the last year since I had shopped there, and just simply asked for my number and when he couldn't find a profile in the system, simply stated we could not shop there. He made no mention or offer to explain that during the multiple times that I was able to shop there before was only due to a "trial membership" they were having, which again I had not been made aware of at the time. Never had we been informed prior that a membership was required to come in and shop, and the attitudes of the stuck-up employees when they attempted to tell us we couldn't shop there is enough for me to bring my business elsewhere.
I had an opportunity to meet and chat with the store owner, Pam today under a special circumstance. She is very kind and knowledgeable providing me with lots of advice on a special cake I plan to make. Thank you very much again for all your assistance today, Pam as well as your team.
Very clean and organized but some prices were high for being wholesale. I was disappointed in the selection for some common baking supplies I needed that they didn't have.
I’ve been coming here for years and the customer service is great : I needed help finding something and this one employee named yousif really helped me. I give it a 5 star. Never disappointed
