I really wish I could give this bakery more stars. The cakes/cupcakes are good, not cloyingly sweet like so many others. But their service is poor. Over the course of several years, I have had orders that were incorrect, not ready for pick up at the agreed upon time, or not made at all! The latest error was this past week--we ordered a dulce du leche cake with fondant icing, but received plain vanilla cake with buttercream icing instead. Sorry, but my goodwill has run out, and I will be finding a new bakery for future celebrations.

I ordered a cake and cupcakes from the Mississauga location. The cake part is moist, however the icing for at least 6 flavours taste like flavoured butter and I didn't like it. I think they should use richer and fluffier icing. As well, when I went to pickup the cake, the girl there refused to give us a bigger box, therefore the box wouldn't close. I think this lacks professionalism. We requested to put mango slices on the mango cream cake, the girl refused even though we were willing to pay extra. I think this store needs to work on their customer service.

I have been ordering from this bakery for years, 7 to be exact. Baptism, birthdays, holidays. I went today to order a birthday cake for my son and was told that they don't make custom cakes any longer. Just standard cakes. I was then advised to visit the streetsville location. I reside in Toronto, not Mississauga. The person who was supposed to be helpful was not, in fact, it felt like I was bothering her.
