They only offer cilantro in the rice I hate cilantro they forgot my beans the chicken was too fatty and grisly and they only offer the corn salsa with too much cilantro and onion skimpy on the meat and cheese in the bowl no real topping options… sauce options greatFood: 2/5
Went into get a chicken fajita bowl got a half a scoop of chicken a bunch of rice and two green peppers and about three onions ask for more fajitas and was told it will be 5 to 10 minutes Said can I get a little bit of more chicken and was told that will be extra whatever very unprofessional get home and the rice was not even cooked it was hard. Very dissatisfied not only was it poor customer service the food was not cooked all the way think I will be visiting Chipotle from now on
Isn't is a requirement that employees either wear a hat or a hair net??? I just walked out....2 male employees with long hair just blowing in the wind and a female... no hats no hair nets. That's gross.
Out of alot of things. Most disturbing is that a lady wanted to order something there but had to wait outside because restaurant not wheelchair accessible. NOT GOOD!Food: 3/5
Unfortunately even tho listed this place is NOT completely wheelchair accessable. If you are in a power chair, choose elsewhere seeing as you can't even get inside.Food: 5/5
They place treats me good when I need a bite to eat when I am working. It's close enough and fast enough that I only have to take a 15 min break to get my food and come back to work. This place hands down has great portions and tastes amazing. Tricky to find at night though.
Rice was hard, new girl employee really mean. Nobody deserves to be treated the way she talked to me
Very pleasant experience at the Holland location. Brooklyn worked fast and efficiently. She accommodated our special requests. She is definitely a breath of fresh air at this location . We’ve had issues with a couple of employees before. As long as she is working…we will be back! Thanks Brooklyn!!
I built my own burrito with 1 meat, couple veggies, and queso. It was $11 and half of the burrito was a couple pieces of lettuce, the end of a banana pepper and 2 jalapeños. This is my 2nd time being here but I will not be back
I just had a horrible experience they have a guy who had just finished with a customer and he didn’t change his gloves when I asked him did you just touch fish because I’m allergic to fish and seafood he said very rudely no!! Then he continued making my food while making my sons nachos he was confused asked me what I wanted I said I didn’t order nachos!!! Now I guess he has an attitude I asked for cheese and said the wrong one and pointed to the correct one and he mumbled something I said huh he said I SAID DONT PUT YOUR HANDS OVER THE GLASS!! He has the nerve didn’t even change his gloves bad customer service!!! You need to be trained better!!!
