I have never been to Chick-Fil-A before. So I decided to see what all the fuss was about, while running errands. I decided to go through the drive thru and there were workers in the drive thru lane, ready to take your order before getting to the speaker. This works to speed up drive thru, which is fine. The only thing I didn't like about that, is the fact I never been there, so I couldn't view the menu. Of course you can ask questions if you need to, just advise them you would like to look at the menu first. Or look it up online before deciding to go. I do admit, their customer service was great. You were acknowledged and greeted pretty well. They answered any and all questions. On to the food! I'm not a big fan of waffle fries, but they were descent here. They were not huge, came out fresh/hot and had good flavor. The chicken sandwich was a deluxe, minus the cheese. The toppings was at the bottom so I'm unsure if that's how they do things. Originally I thought it was over cooked and a bit burnt, but it wasn't. It could be how the seasonings cooked with how they prepare it. When I took a bite, the outside was crispy not to crispy and the thick chicken piece was juicy. It was surprisingly juicy/flavorful with how thick the chicken piece was. Is it a WOW place? No, as it's still fast food. Would I go again? Yes, even though I don't eat fast food much. I really liked the customer service the most. And the chicken sandwich was pretty good, better than a few fast food places with chicken sandwiches. It was a good first time experience.
I've always seen Chik Fil A as a sort of middle ground between fast food and restaurants. You get the speed here that you'd expect from a burger joint, as well as the quality and portion size of a diner. Whether it's thanks to the quantity of workers always on hand or the consistently diligent manager staff, the food is always up to quality and comes fresh and delicious. The waffle fries have that sort of fresh out if the fryer crisp, without sacrificing flavor. The chicken is also exemplary, standing above chicken from other local "fast-food" places.
Their food and service is legendary. Hard to fi d establishments that are this efficient and good value for the money. Ambience for this location is really good but lost a star just because it was too busy when I visited, that is just my personal view. Would love to visit there again, given a chance
Went through the drive through tonight and 2 kids were goofing off. Only one of the 2 lanes is open so you can't see the menu and when the staff screws around you are less likely to ask about items on the menu. My wife and son ordered but I took a hard pass as I was getting annoyed with the kiddo taking my ordered. The place is staffed to the max. If half the teenage staff didn't screw around, you could probably cut the jobs and not even notice. My family said the food was great so... Will I be back, probably not. Popeyes has a professional staff across the highway with better product.
Chick fil a has excellent fast food. I needed a place to work online when power went out at my office, and they were extremely welcoming while I needed to be there for an hour. I really appreciate being able to work from there and enjoy a delicious breakfast at the same time.
The young lady who took my order was very inexperienced. She didn't know that menu and came off stupid. I had to point to the menu for her to have a clue. I have been to your store many times and the food is always excellent and normally the service is great with lots of smiling and curious young people.Food: 5/5
12/9/22 update was 5 stars before- The drive thru was fairly quick, under 10 minutes but when we got to the window they did not have the drinks ready. They asked us to pull around to the front and put our hazard lights in and some one would bring them out. The way the lot is setup you have to go back through part of the drive through line to get back to the front of the store so that was about a 5 minute wait. There were so many cars with hazard lights on there was no parking available at first but I managed to get a spot eventually. Very nice girl asked the name on my order and said she would check on it. I watched her bring out a number of orders but after 10 minutes I flagged her down again. She again asked my name and what I was waiting on and said she would check. By this point the drive through line had cleared out, only one other car waiting and I watched at least a dozen orders get filled. I talked to the same girl bring orders out a third time and she said she would go in and make the drinks herself. After another 5 minute wait she came out with the drinks. She did apologize for the wait and upsized the medium drinks to a large. We had completely finished our food by this point but when I pay for "fast food" I'm darn sure going to get all of it. The time stamp on our food order receipt was 6:18, I got the drinks at 6:47 after asking 3 times. I dont fault the girl bring orders out, i think the drive through manager sent every other car around to wait for almost the full 30 minutes i was there. I don't understand what they gain by having people pull around for fountain drinks other than maybe a few seconds and fakes out thier drive through tack time to make it falsely look acceptable. As you can tell from this review I'm unhappy with the service here but my kids love the food so I will probably come back again. If they ask you to pull around and wait you might be better off just leaving or heading to a gas station for drinks. Definitely not worth the hassle if they are busy. 2020 review was 5 stars - Same as most of them. This one in Holland was very busy but it was still less than a 2 minute wait to order and our food came out before we found a table to sit down at. Food was very hot and fresh. Had several employees stop and ask if we needed anything. I was there with just me and my two kids and they grabbed napkins and ketchup for us. Drink refills were free which was nice as well. Busy and a little crowed on a Friday night but over all good service, hot food and very well staffed and clean.
Seriously the best customer service of any restaurant I've ever eaten at. Even better than fine dining restaurants.Food: 5/5
Only downside was one of the managers. I went there for lunch once and the manager was in the drive thru window area yelling at his team. It wasn't super malicious, but i felt uncomfortable for them and it felt inappropriate to do that with an open drive thru window in front of a customer. I felt so bad for those workers.Food: 5/5
food was cold! had to go inside after waiting 20+ minutes for my drive thru order, manager was apologetic but did nothing to make it right. excellent customer satisfaction....NOT!!! Wheelchair accessibility: no automatic doors makes it very difficult for a wheelchair person to eat in
