My husband went through the drive-thru to order two concretes. One was a strawberry concrete and one was a heath bar with hot fudge concrete. He had to correct the person three times because he kept saying peach. This was frustrating my husband a lot. When he got back to our place, his was correct and mine was a peach with hot fudge concrete. We attempted to call the store but nobody answered. My husband said they were very busy so that's probably why they didn't answer the phone. I tried to eat the concrete because I didn't want it to go to waste. I probably ate about five spoonfuls. The concrete I had was disgusting!!! If a person can't handle the drive-thru, then they shouldn't be put on the drive-thru. I would like my order to be replaced with the correct item that I ordered. Thank you!
Food always tastes great and fresh. Kids up front could pay a bit more attention, I had to ask for a few items on my receipt as well as all the tables around me. They were polite, though.Food: 5/5
Burger was HOT-HOT fresh and cooked perfectly. Fries were also HOT and salty, crunchy and delicious. Cheese curds were 8/10, but I also took a minute to get to them cheesy things. Reese's concrete mixer finished dinner off, oh so perfectly. Solid 5 stars.Food: 5/5
I just called on the phone to ask about gluten free fryer for the fries. The person who answered said the oil from the other fryer tends to drip into the fry fryer that is supposed to be gluten free. I appreciate the honesty. I cannot have any cross contamination.
I love this place but the problem is that from time to time they make a mistake on my orders especially our ice creams! Just a gentle reminder, when you're ordering a bunch of foods drive thru OR in-store with ice cream they call it custard, please make sure to inform that the they either; a Once they make the ice cream that they bring them to you OR b Make the ice cream after completing your other orders. Because they usually make the ice cream before your other orders, then you get melted ice cream. Aside from the ice cream problem, they're overall service is excellent!
Came to bring thr family out to eat. Very busy Sunday afternoon. System went down on the team members, not their fault, and they absolutely killed it. They fought through the rush with 2 front registers down at once and did it with a good attitude and letting customers know what was going on. Great communication from the staff to one another and the guests. Very impressed.
My first time ever eating at Culver's, and with all the hype around it my expectations were naturally high. Sadly i was disappointed. I wasn't very hungry nor in the mood to eat a lot so I just ordered the chicken tenders, they looked pretty good, golden, flaky, breading. However as I was eating I soon realized what the strange flavor was, fish. I don't know exactly how it happened nor if it's normally like so, however it definitely dampened the excitement I had for Culver's.
Holland store night team leader is a joke! We were next in line when a group of high school kids came in,and one of their friends came from the back of kitchen to help them, even though they were not next in line! When we told the shift leader who obviously saw it, he says well there's really nothing I can do about it , while trying to enjoy my dinner, a bunch of high schoolers decided to rearrange the furniture to make larger tables and being very loud. I think the night leader needs to take a class in leadership this is his store and not the high schoolers running it! Will definitely not be returning!!
I have never experienced such teamwork and friendliness from a restaurant, much less fast food. Conscientious and courteous. Great placeFood: 5/5
I just can’t give a 4 or 5 yet. This location is a total hit or miss. In the past two years the meat has been completely dry every single time. They usually forget any side sauces you request, and last time I was there they forgot all toppings on the “deluxe” burger. Every time I come here it’s just a bunch of confused high-school kids who don’t care what they serve. The drive thru now has two lanes and one should be for a first order and the second lane for a “fix my order” lane.
