Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ok, so I heard about the rumors of getting less meat or toppings with online orders; but I didn’t believe them until now. Not sure who thinks this is acceptable, but this is a literal dollop of meat. Taco Bell puts more on their tacos. Not worth the $15 whatsoever. Whomever made these is an embarrassment to the franchise and should look for a new line of work.

The food is fantastic and it's always quick and fresh. Only reason not 5 stars is because it's SO expensive. 16$ for a burrito boul with queso double chicken!! It was delicious but I rarely eat here just because of the cost. Eat here 4 times and you're pushing 100$Food: 5/5

Worst Chipotle ever. Try and give them a chance, but last 5 or so visits have the same result. Understaffed, food not portioned correctly, cold, and whatever else could go wrong, does.Food: 2/5

When it comes to portions, and getting your moneys worth, Holland Chipotle has it down pat. I was worried with a large bowl and added guacamole that my food portions would be smaller in measure, but not only was the bowl filled to the brim with every ingredient ordered, but everything tasted like it was fresh from a home kitchen. Highly recommend for a night out, get the Pollo asada!

you have to supervise the employees like they're toddlers if you want actual serving sizes. don't bother ordering online because you'll get a burrito that you can fit in your hand.

My first time here, they seemed understaffed during the dinner rush. There was 1 person behind the counter and 2 working takeout. My app was not functioning properly at the time so I waited in the line that went up to the main entrance door. This took 45 min. My second time at this location, I was able to use the app, however, my order was not available at the designated pickup time, despite being fully staffed and not busy, and it took 3-5 minutes for a staff member to acknowledge me to see if I had been helped though they didn’t seem to have a reason to not acknowledge me, such as helping another customer. It seemed like they were all on a mental break as I observed one of them using her cell phone over the chopping area instead of working. To top it off, they got the order completely incorrect and I will end up discarding my bowl because it tasted horrible since it was not prepared how I ordered it.

Feels like App orders are handled after indoor service. Most cases id place my order early and still get it after someone who walks in. If there’s a small line I suggest just order in. Aside from that good place

Terrible small portions and food wasn't even that good. Do better. That's ridiculous how expensive it is for small portions.

Everytime I go to the location in Holland I'm left with disappoinment. Bowls are barely filled and the burritos are mostly tortilla. This was the cauliflower bowl we received today. Not worth the extra $2 charge. Go to literally any other location.
