This is the worst branch. I love doing business with Cibc but this branch doesn’t have consistency. Sometimes it’s open sometimes not. No proper business hours. Never more than 1 person at the counter. Plus now they sell items at the counter as if it’s a corner store.

Worst service, there’s never employees there , they’re rude and always wrong , these people have very little experience, they should close this branch and everyone a favour and go home
