Home Services at The Home Depot

Some of the employees were helpful earlier this month when I came in. One helped me find the wood glue and quite a few more asked if I needed help witch was nice. I had some wood cut there and didn't realize till I got home that instead of being 19.5 inch boards I got 6 that were 20 inches and 6 that were 19 inches. I didn't go back due to the guy at check out asked me the same dam question 10 times getting the same response every time. Now my shelf I was making is off balance and I'm out of wood glue. Going to be calling later on to find out what can be done because I don't appreciate what happened.

We have spent a lot of money at this store the last 4 months, they have been so incompetent! We have had to take things back that were broken, we have paid for things up front and they said they would have it and don't! I honestly wish we would of never given our business to them. They have made some pretty easy projects turn into nightmares! I would take your money and projects and go somewhere else!!
